A struggling musician discovers a cursed sewing machine that can manufacture followers, turning her dream of overnight success into a nightmare as her fans begin disappearing into a supernatural realm known as The Green Room.
SYNOPSIS
Shannon dreams of becoming a successful musician, but unlike her best friend, she refuses to suffer the humiliation of busking for strangers and slowly earning an audience. When a mysterious website promises her more followers, an antique Singer 66 sewing machine arrives at her door, marked with an unsettling sigil. The next day, Shannon awakens to find piles of professionally made merchandise scattered through her home. She begins selling the items online, her following explodes, and for the first time in her life, she feels seen. But the merch consumes the soul of whoever wears it. Shannon's followers grow fanatically devoted before vanishing from the lives of everyone around them. Friends forget them. Families stop noticing them. When the curse claims someone she loves, Shannon discovers the truth: the machine does not create fans. It harvests them. To end the cycle, Shannon must enter her Green Room and reject the success she has built, surrender the validation she has always craved, and face the humiliation she has spent her life avoiding.

Additionally, the film takes cues from Sofia Coppola's "The Bling Ring," a narrative based on actual events. At its core, "Glam Girl Gang" is a thrilling exploration of poverty, the stark divide between the rich and the poor, and the injustices arising from inequality. Unlike traditional social dramas, this film offers a unique perspective by delving into the lives of four women from diverse racial backgrounds who fall victim to the economic fallout of a global pandemic.
